Twenty nine stores up and down Elm Street welcomed 52 members of the New Canaan Garden to beautify their store windows, showcase artistic floral design ideas, and to say 'thank you' to our wonderful community.

The New Canaan In Bloom weekend festivities were kicked off with a Friday evening Preview Party at the lovely home of Tracy and Joe Merrill where 18 silent auction items were sold to help raise abundant funds for our newest endeavor, restoration of the parterre gardens at Waveny House, in partnership with the Waveny Park Conservancy.

Thank you to our vital membership for their contributions of time, talent and treasure, to our newest members and provisionals who spearheaded New Canaan In Bloom this year and to the participating stores that opened their windows to our creative designs: Benefit, Brad & Vandy Reh Fine Jewelers, Consider the Cook, Country Designs, Design Solutions, Dorothy Mann, Ella & Henry's, Elm Street Books, Family Britches, Found, Francos Wine Merchants, Gingerbitz, Hamptonite NY, J.
